Founding Purpose

BPA was created to provide players with top-tier instruction and opportunities to excel beyond recreational baseball. Our mission is to:

  • Teach players to compete at the highest level.
  • Instill the values of playing the game the right way- with integrity, grit, & determination.
  • Equip players with the skills and knowledge needed to maximize their potential.

We are driven by the belief that every player with a passion and desire to succeed deserves the chance to do so. Missing an opportunity due to lack of guidance is a loss we aim to prevent, continually pushing our players to reach levels they never dreamed possible.

The BPA Way

Training Philosophy

Our practices are high-paced and intense, focusing on both the physical and mental aspects of baseball. Emphasis is placed on accountability, with the belief that:

  • Optimal learning happens outside of comfort zones.
  • Players grow most when operating at the edge of their ability.

We prioritize creating an environment of care, transparency, and "concentrated discomfort" to ensure every athlete has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Coaching Commitment

BPA coaches are dedicated to:

  • Preparing players to succeed at their current level while equipping them to thrive at the next.
  • Developing genuine relationships to serve as ongoing resources throughout a player's career.
  • Supporting players not only through high school but into college and beyond.

At BPA, we don’t just develop baseball players—we prepare athletes for success both on and off the field, fostering growth that extends beyond the game.
