Justin grew up playing competitive travel baseball as kid.  In his youth, he traveled across the country and played national tournaments against players from all over the world so he understands first hand the experience we can offer the kids in playing competitive travel baseball.  In addition, he was coached by some very well respected coaches in the game today, and understands the game, and understands the end goal for our kids in the game. Justin played high school baseball at El Dorado HS and was voted the MVP his freshman year. Later on- he went on to build an 18+ competitive baseball organization that consisted of indy ball, minor leaguers, and high school and collegiate prospects trying to stay in shape in hopes of getting signed/re-signed onto a pro roster. Justin has been coaching competitive baseball for over 10 years and currently, there are multiple players that played under Justin in his organization that are playing professional baseball at the International, Minor League, and Major League level.

"As the director of one of the nations fastest growing youth travel baseball academies, I believe to be successful you need to surround yourself with successful people, and more importantly always be open to change. Thats why you see me surrounding our organization with the best coaches around, providing the best training facilities, and listening when my parents give me feedback.  I am always trying to make the member experience better day by day. I'm only as good as the people I have helping me run this organization. As a coach I feel I have more to offer than most coaches around because I have been blessed with having the luxury of being a sponge around some amazing coaching. Learning from the best  has made me better as a coach but I don't claim to be the end all be all of baseball coaching. There are a lot of good quality coaches and peers I am around every week, and I have nothing but respect for what they do and the same sacrifices they make as us. A lot f those guys have been around a long time and are guys I look up to and respect no matter where they coach at.  Our model has always been to put the best guys on the field that are going to teach, train, and mentor our youth in an impactful way- not just as baseball players, but providing them with life lessons they can use forever. My hopes are that your child can benefit from our program in more than just baseball.

Thanks for reading this and we look forward to serving you."
