Are you a passionate and experienced Youth Baseball Coach? Do you have a deep understanding of the game and a proven track record of developing young athletes both on and off the field? If so, we want you to be a part of our dedicated coaching staff!
Position: Youth Baseball Coach (ages 8-12)
Location: South Orange County, CA
Type: Part Time/Weekends

With a focus on skill development, sportsmanship, and teamwork, our program has a rich history of producing exceptional players who carry their love for the game well beyond their youth years.
Responsibilities: As a Youth Baseball Coach, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing engaging and effective practice sessions.
- Providing individualized coaching to players, focusing on skill improvement and personal growth.
- Instilling fundamental baseball techniques and strategies in an age-appropriate manner.
- Fostering a positive and respectful team culture that promotes sportsmanship and teamwork.
- Organizing and attending games, tournaments, and events as required.
- Communicating regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on player progress and team activities.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous coaching experience in youth baseball.
- Strong knowledge of baseball rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with players and parents.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping young athletes succeed.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, as well as travel for tournaments.
- A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all players.
