COMING PREPARED

When gearing up for our orange county youth baseball camp, campers should pack essential items including baseball gear such as a glove, bat, helmet, and cleats, ensuring participants are equipped for skill-building drills and friendly competitions. Baseball attire including baseball pants, jerseys, and socks, is crucial for ease of movement during practice sessions. Protective gear like an athletic cup (for boys) and sliding pads might be necessary, depending on the camp's requirements. Sun protection is key, so campers should bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Staying hydrated is vital, so a refillable water bottle is a must. We won't have lunch but we will have 15 minute breaks so if they want to bring snacks that is fine as long as no peanuts or food containing peanut oil.

CAMP CONDUCT POLICY

We take the commitment to excellence seriously, and we expect the same from our participants. In the event that any camper engages in behavior that disrupts the learning environment, poses a distraction, or becomes a concern to the overall camp experience, our policy is as follows:

  1. Warning: The camper will be given a verbal warning by our camp staff.
  2. Discussion: If the behavior persists, a discussion will be held with the camper to address the issue and provide an opportunity for improvement.
  3. Action: If the behavior continues to be disruptive, the camper will be asked to sit out for the remaining portion of the camp.

Refund Policy:  In the unfortunate event that a camper is asked to sit out, we want to be transparent about our refund policy. A prorated refund will be issued for the remaining portion of the camp, ensuring fairness for all participants.

Our upcoming camp is designed for committed, serious players. While we foster a positive environment, we won't be providing babysitting services. We believe that every camper deserves a positive and focused learning environment, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding these standards.

Our goal is to make this Youth Baseball Camp in South Orange County an enriching experience for serious athletes who are dedicated to improving their skills and embracing the spirit of teamwork. We look forward to welcoming your child athlete to a week of growth, camaraderie, and baseball excellence!
