League Format & Details

  • Weekly League Games Played EVERY WEEK under the lights in Laguna Niguel
  • Games played on Wednesday afternoons at Steed Park Baseball Complex- San Clemente
  • 4-Team Spring League
  • A Set Roster/Team with Schedule you can plan around like any other league
  • All Coaches will be at the games- more instructional coverage for development
  • Paid Umpires- with play to win competitive format
  • A web page with League Standings & Set schedule
  • Mid-Season All Star Game with All Star Jerseys (voted by players only) with home run derby/festivities week
  • Team Trades during the season with a trading deadline
  • Pre-season Draft- with coaches creating 4 separate evenly matched rosters to make play even & fair
  • Competitive atmosphere- with each team will have quality pitchers & catchers & defense
  • Official Picture Day for our organization
  • Rotating coaches every week- each team will get a new set of coaches managing their team weekly- learning from all of them
  • New uniform tops- We will do something fun with this like some colorful dry-fits with our logo on them
  • Playing Field will be 50’/70’ Distance on pitching Mound & Bases
  • This is exclusive to only Stars & Stripes players
  • Players will get to mix in with other players and meet new friends, etc from our club
  • A Weekly Snack bar that will be used to raise funds for our club
  • ALL Wood Bat League with some new modified rules focusing on development, and speeding up the game, etc.
  • Age Groups- 10U/11U teams playing on 11U Field Dimensions (50/70)
  • Each player will still play on their respective regular teams and practice with their regular teams, & break off 1 night a break for this league.
  • Weekends are now free to our teams for tourney play, additional friendlies, or weekends off if needed.
  • Season will run from MARCH-MAY (with a couple breaks Spring Break, Spring Training, etc) and could start late Feb- TBD soon

Cost

  • $150.00 per player
  • Those of you that already paid the original Spring fee will get a credit/reimbursement TBD

The Only Youth Wood Bat League In Orange County- This league will serve as an alternative to youth recreational baseball leagues and will provide competitive/advanced level competition in an exclusive competitive wood bat league environment while playing under advanced MLB rules.  In addition, it also allows our teams to free up their weekends for tournament play, or off weekends.
